Term 2
Term 2 in Primary 4 sees the introduction of multlplication. So far the boys and girls have found it fun and easy! I think the fun part was eating the sweets that we just had to use!!
Our topic this half term is Life in the 1950's. We will be stepping back in time with a visit to the Causeway School to see how school life was then. In our Activity Based Learning we have been.....

Term 1
We have had a busy start to the term. Mrs Gilmore took us on a walk to the garden one blustery Monday morning and we had a great time collecting interesting plants, shrubs and leaves to bring back to the classroom. We manged to name most of the things we collected - thanks to our Classroom Assistant Anne who knows her 'elephants ear' from her hawthorn berries!!
We have been learning how to write recounts. In one we gave a recount of our weekend. Then we put on our 'teacher goggles' and read our partner's to see if their our recount matched our success criteria ( w.i.l.f.)
